Most of our certified pre-owned refurbished devices and equipment are protected by a Domestic (US) Limited 90-Day Warranty under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. This warranty does not cover:
-Embellishments to exposed plastics, screens, buttons, or other cosmetic imperfections.
-Damage (including water damage) as a result of poor care, accidents, and normal wear and tear.
In case of a defects covered by the warranty, your device/instrument will, at sole option of service department, be repaired or replaced free of charge. In the rare event that a device/instrument is unable to be repaired or replaced due to a discontinuation of parts or production, a refund for the full sale amount will be issued. The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the device/instrument by any person not duly authorized, except for fuse and accessory replacement.
ALL EQUIPMENT SALES ARE FINAL–CREDIT ONLY FOR PREAPPROVED RETURNED MERCHANDISE 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL PREAPPROVED RETURNED EQUIPMENT. All equipment merchandise sold and shipped is subject to applicable sales and/or use taxes being reported and paid by purchaser. Seller assumes no liability for such taxes. All shipments must be inspected before signing acceptance slip. On the waybill, denote all problems with packaging of the item BEFORE signing: ie: very dirty, scratched, mishandled, cracked, box crushed, holes, etc… IMMEDIATELY open and use equipment notifying Blue River Medical Inc. of any problems in order to file a claim. Failure to follow these instructions may result in loss of claim and/or warranty.
Our service department is always at your disposal for warranted or non-warranted repairs, the latter done at a appropriate and fair market charge.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for warranty service to be preformed.
